Hope it worked out! I'm having the same issue as OP, but I'm not sure how to roll my game version back to 1.6.2 (currently on 1.6.5) If you go to the properties for Bannerlord (right click on it in your steam library), then the "Betas" tab, you can select whichever version you want.
Browse to "C:\ProgramData\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord\". Delete the "Shaders" folder. Verify your game files through Steam of the Epic Store. This will download the missing files. - Epic Store: Open the Library and click on the 3 dots below Bannerlord. Then choose "Verify". - Steam: Right-click on Bannerlord and choose "Properties".
the folder bannerlord.harmony, with the contents bin, moduledata, & the file submodule needs to go into the m&B install module folder. Also Harmony needs to be on top of the mod load order. #2

That file is in Documents\\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord\\Configs\\LauncherData.xml Keep a copy of that file just in case, that way you can easily restore the order if there is an issue. Aragas
