I assume the tunit box plugs into the rail pressure sensor nd fools the ecu into putting a higher pressure into the rail, its a seriously steep price for that. You can achieve the same thing by swapping the rail pressure sensor from the 2.3jtd or another bosch rail sensor.

Hymer on Fiat Ducato - engine temperature. Our B544 (2002) with the 2.8JTD engine takes a very long time to warm up and the temperature never goes above 1/4. Our friend with a similar Hymer (a bit older and larger - no! The Hymer, not the friend!) also sees the same thing. The Fiat handbook shows the temperature coming up to normal (1/2 way).

If you crawl under the vehicle from the RHS you can see it, as I said just below the Turbo. .
