Dec 18, 2021. #1. Hi, I have an old GT60 from around 2014 that worked really fine under win8.1. Bluetooth worked fine, I could connect headphones, phones I updated a few months ago to win 10 and bluetooth does not work anymore. Bluetooth is on, drivers are installed and up to date, I can start to scan to find devices but it never finds anything.
I have the MSI Stealth GS65 laptop. I have "Realtek Audio Console" on my laptop and the drivers are up to date for Realtek. Any bluetooth speaker I try will connect to my laptop no problembut thats where it ends. For sound options I only have Speakers Realtek (R) Audio to choose from which is of course my laptop internal speakers.

Yesterday my 2021 G14 went to sleep and when I woke it up, my Bluetooth and Wi-Fi were both not working.
